  • השתדלו לא לאחר בהחזרת הרכב, זה פוגע באופן מהותי באיכות השירות שאנו נותנים ללקוחות שלנו. אם עדיין קיים איחור, יש לנסות להאריך את ההזמנה באפליקציה או להתקשר אל מוקד השירות שלנו שפועל 24/7 ב- 8255*. במקרה שבו לא ניתן להאריך את ההזמנה זה משום שיש כבר הזמנה לאחר ההזמנה שלך ושעת ההזמנה תופיע באפליקציה. כל איחור בהחזרת הרכב יגרור קנס שאותו המערכת תחייב באופן אוטומטי - 75 ש"ח דמי איחור + שקל לכל דקת איחור.
