What should I do if I’m late returning a car?

If you're running behind, try extending your reservation through the app or call our 24/7 service centre at *8255. If you can't extend, it means there's another reservation after yours, and the app will show the scheduled time.
Remember, late returns incur a fine of ILS 75 plus ILS 1 per minute of delay, which will be automatically charged by the system.
