Flex Lease User Guide

This user guide does not replace the user contract, but it is here to highlight a few important things before you get started.
Deal and Contract Details: These are available in your personal area.
Renewal: Your Flex Lease renews monthly unless we receive other notice, according to the contract terms.
Vehicle Pickup: Bring a driver’s license and ID to collect the vehicle. The service is available to those 18 and older with a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
Insurance: Our vehicles are insured with mandatory and third-party insurance. You buy a deductible waiver for peace of mind.
Driving Requirements: Drive on paved and safe roads. Report accidents or damage directly to our service center, and we’ll assist with any issues.
Legal Compliance: Follow legal driving rules as per the user’s contract.
