Terms and Conditions for the GoTo Parking Referral Benefit

General: Subscribers of GoTo, operated by GoTo Global Mobility Ltd. (hereinafter: “the Company“), can receive a benefit in the form of “Travel Credit” amounting to 200 NIS (two hundred shekels) for use against charges for travel time only, within the GoTo services, in full or in part, as decided by the Company from time to time (hereinafter: “Travel Credit”), by finding a parking space to be leased to the Company, in accordance with and subject to all the terms of this regulation (hereinafter: “the Referral”), and all in accordance with the terms set forth in this regulation and subject to its provisions.

Participation Method

1. A GoTo service subscriber may refer a contact who owns a parking space in a relevant city where the Company is seeking parking. In exchange for the referral and provided that a long-term rental agreement is signed with the parking owner, the subscriber will receive 200 NIS in travel credits for the service. The referral can be made via the service’s phone number, email box, or by sharing details through any other acceptable method.

2. If a parking lease agreement is signed between the referred parking owner and GoTo, the referring subscriber will receive a 200 NIS credit to their account, which will automatically be applied to travel time when the subscriber uses the service. The credit is valid for three months from the day the agreement is signed and can be used for trips within the service in all operating cities, subject to vehicle availability in the app.

3. GoTo reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, the amount of travel credits awarded to the subscriber and the terms governing the grant, use, and validity of the credits awarded as part of the benefit, and to modify them from time to time by amending this regulation.

4. Travel credits can be awarded for each referral that results in a parking lease as mentioned in section 1 above. It is clarified that the referring subscriber can refer additional people with parking spaces, and if any of them meet the conditions of section 1 above, the referring subscriber can enjoy travel credits again for the referral.

5. The travel credit provided under this benefit is valid only for GoTo services and can only be used for travel time. Without detracting from the above, the travel credit cannot be used for distance traveled (km) or for subscription fee payments. The credit is personal and non-transferable to another subscriber in the service.

6. GoTo travel credits cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of refund.

7. If the Company, at its sole discretion, identifies or has a reasonable suspicion that a referring or referred subscriber is abusing the travel credit or that the credit was granted in circumstances where it should not have been, the Company may charge the subscriber the amount used via the travel credit.

8. The Company’s records and/or those of anyone acting on its behalf will constitute conclusive evidence concerning the provision and/or receipt and/or processing of data/details within the benefit, and no claims regarding the accuracy of the data, including amounts of credits for the referring or referred subscriber, dates, etc., will be accepted.

9. The Company reserves the right to change and/or update the regulations at any time, at its sole discretion, and without prior notice. For any questions or issues, you can contact the service center at *8255.

10. The Company reserves the right to set, change, extend, shorten, or cancel the benefit period for any reason, and participants will have no right to claim or demand anything from the Company or anyone acting on its behalf regarding this.

11. The provisions of this regulation prevail over any other provision in any other publication regarding the benefit.

12. All terms in the masculine form in this regulation apply to the feminine form and vice versa.

13. The exclusive local jurisdiction for any matter relating to the benefit and/or interpretation of these regulations is exclusively with the competent court in Tel Aviv-Jaffa only.
