General

Private plans memberships (hereinafter: “the membership”) Lite & drive of the vehicles sharing service (hereinafter: “the service”) operated by Goto Global Mobility Ltd (hereinafter: “the company”) may get, from time to time and at the company’s exclusive discretion, a benefit (hereinafter: “the benefit”) by way of additional ride credit after accumulating and/or completing a number of rides (as determined by the company) for which the client was charged a specific amount (to be determined by the company, at its exclusive discretion). Utilizing such benefit will be against the overall cost of the ride, including the duration and the distance of the ride only, as part of the services of the company, as decided by the company from time to time, and all under the terms set forth in this articles and its provisions. Utilizing such service is subject to an affiliation contract with the company’s services at the following link.

Manner of affiliation

1. The company may determine, at its exclusive discretion, the number of rides necessary to be eligible for such benefit, the terms in place for the granting thereof, its utilization and validity, as well as changing the same from time to time. The amount and scale of utilization of such benefit is at the company’s discretion and may be changed from time to time.

2. It is hereby clarified that such benefit refers only to the duration and distance components of the ride, and not to any other component, including the membership fee. The foregoing does not limit the company’s right to issue other benefits at its full discretion.

3. The company may grant, at its exclusive discretion, credit for an additional ride after the member has completed four rides for which they were actually charged with ILS 100 or more in the course of a calendar month (Gregorian) (hereinafter: “the crediting ride”) in the course of such calendar month (Gregorian).

4. The member will be able to see such benefit (having complied with the necessary conditions) in the credits page on the company’s website. The member may utilize such benefit within 30 days of its receipt. Without derogating from the forgoing, the company reserves its right to terminate a benefit regardless of its expiration time, where it was not fully utilized within 30 days of it being fed into the company’s app.

5. The member may utilize such benefit within 30 days of its receipt, at the end of which, the benefit will expire.

6. The benefit will be of ILS 100, which will be offset from the rides following the crediting ride within 30 days of its receipt; the benefit will be offset from the first ride after the crediting ride, if such crediting ride is of ILS 100 or more, or, alternately, if the first ride after the crediting ride is not of ILS 100 or more, in which case it will be offset over several rides after the last crediting ride – until such time as, during 30 days of the first ride after the crediting ride, an ILS 100 benefit will have been utilized. It is hereby clarified that were following the first ride after the crediting ride, a benefit balance is still unutilized, the member may utilize such balance only within 30 days following the first ride after the crediting ride.

7. It is hereby stressed that the actual receipt of such benefit does not guarantee its utilization (for example, if the last date for utilization of an additional ride given by such benefit has passed or the benefit has expired). The company may stop/terminate the utilization of such benefit at any time.

8. The benefit is personal for each driver subscribed to the service, and may not be transferred to another driver also subscribed to the service.

9. The benefit is not cumulative, nor may it be converted to cash, money reimbursement or any other form of credit.

10. the records of the company and/or anyone acting on its behalf will constitute a conclusive evidence pertaining to receiving and/or processing data and/or details in regards with the benefit, and no claim will be heard regarding the accuracy and/or precision of such data, including with regards to the amounts of such benefit, the dates and so forth.

11. A member who received such still unutilized benefit, in whole or in part, may not go on using such benefit, which will expire immediately upon the end of such membership.

12. Should the company, at its exclusive discretion, detect or reasonably suspect that a member is abusing a benefit granted to them, or that such benefit was granted under wrongful circumstances, it may terminate the benefit of such member and/or charge that member with the amount paid for such benefit.

13. The Company may change and/or update the terms of this articles at any time, at its exclusive discretion and without advance notice. For any question or problem you may contact the call center at *8255.

14. The company reserves its right to determine and/or change and/or extend and/or cut short such benefit’s period, amount, content, features, number of credited rides and/or terminate or change it for any reason, and the members may have no claim and/or demand against the company and/or anyone acting on its behalf.

15. In case of a conflict between the provisions of this articles and any other publication regarding a similar free ride benefit for a certain number of crediting rides, the provisions of this articles shall prevail.

16. The foregoing shall apply unless such benefit may be utilized as part of a specific sale declared by the company, in which case, such sale will be subject to its terms and the provisions of this articles, however, inasmuch as there is a conflict between any of the terms of such sale and the provision in this articles, the provisions of this articles shall prevail over such specific sale.

17. Anything in the male form applies to the female form and vice versa.

18. The exclusive local judgment authority for any matter relating to the sale and/or an interpretation of this document lies with the Tel Aviv-Jaffa courts.
