Our Mobile Application GoTo invests great efforts to adapt our application, making it accessible and allowing all customers, including people with disabilities, to browse the application easily and comfortably. GoTo has made accessibility adjustments in the application according to Israeli Standard 5568 at accessibility level AA and in accordance with the WCAG 2.0 guidelines by the international standards organization W3C, adapted for use on mobile devices. In places where the above standard does not provide reference, accessibility was implemented according to the web accessibility standard, based on the accessibility capabilities of the operating systems.
Among other things, the application includes the following accessibility features: Operating Systems: • On iOS, the application was tested on iPhone devices with iOS 13 and above. • On Android, the application was tested on Android devices with Android 10 and above. • On iOS, the application was tested with the Voice Over screen reader. • On Android, the application was tested with the TALKBACK screen reader. Using the application with a screen reader: • You can navigate using Swipe gestures to move focus from element to element, or by Explore by “Touch,” meaning moving your finger over the elements on the screen and activating them. • Where possible, recognizable elements such as checkboxes, lists, headers, etc., were defined. You can navigate between these elements using the device’s selector. • Common gestures can be used according to the operating system. It is important to note that despite our considerable efforts in making the application accessible, there may still be some parts or features that are not yet fully accessible.
