From developers to operations leaders, business strategists, marketers, and much more – these amazing women are truly shaping the journey that GoTo is on - taking us ever closer to our goals. I'm a firm believer that talent comes in all shapes and sizes. It's not a gender or an ethnicity thing. I want to work with people who have the right combination of attitude and skills and who profoundly believe in what we are doing! So, in all this, it's only natural to work in a gender-equal company. Today 50% of the leadership team driving the business forward are women. Inclusive practices and equal opportunities are part of our daily routine and culture and we sometimes forget it's not necessarily the case at all companies.
