New app, new website, and a captivating new brand

GoTo began life as a car sharing platform over 12 years ago. Since then, we've transformed into a multi-modal shared mobility solution that enables access to cars, mopeds, bikes and kick-scooters via one single app. We are present in 3 countries and positioned to grow too many more in the near future. We're an affordable everyday transportation option for thousands of people. And most of all, we've got a clear vision of where we're headed and this drives and motivates our people everyday to do more and push harder!

Today, we're excited to roll out a new brand look and feel and whole new product experience. These changes truly celebrate our multi-modal vision, the company we have become and our aspiration for the future.

This morning our users woke up to see the culmination of months and months of hard work but our brilliant people. They where greeted by a new GoTo brand. A brand that is demonstrates our aspiration to be a leader in shared mobility. A brand that is more confident of its position in this space and that drives to deliver a simple and intuitive everyday solution to users. A brand that is all about ensuring mobility confidence - because GoTo ensures that your next ride is ready and waiting.

But the change was far more than just cosmetic. After meeting our new brand, users experienced our new multi-modal app for the first time. An app that has been redeveloped from the ground up. It re-draws the experience we deliver - making every step simpler and more natural. Users can now easily join the GoTo community and start to navigate through multiple modes - choosing what best suits there need and embarking on their trip in the quickest time possible.

Users where also introduced to GoTo's new and unique pricing philosophy. A pricing philosophy that is firmly aligned to our multi-modal vision and that is built on the principle that at GoTo, All Wheels Are Created Equal. Starting today, GoTo users will pay one simple price for the first 15 min of their trip! No need to count minutes or get into a mad rush.

Adding to all this, we've taken the functionality on the backend to a whole new level. This will open new possibilities for our operational and business delivery teams to ensure we truly understand our users, enabling us to better deliver them the assets they require when they most require them.

The world in which we are competing is changing fast and today we're staking our claim that GoTo is a force to be reckoned with. We know we can help positively shape the future. Participating in the challenge to improve people's mobility experience and creating a sustainable economy in the process.
